Job Summary

Nofence has built the worlds first virtual fencing solution for livestock. The technology consists of a solar-powered collar that communicates with an app over the cellular network. Through the app farmers can set up a new grazing area in seconds and the long days of installing and moving fences are officially over! Livestock can graze longer and in more areas and the farmer will always have visibility of their location. This means better profitability and more free time for farmers as well as improved animal welfare.


With a strong foundation of 3000 customers in Norway the UK Spain Ireland and the US we are now expanding our team to grow in Spain.

Were looking for a Sales and Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. Our office is located in Vitoria-Gasteiz from where we provide our service to all the customers across the entire country.

About the role
Your mission will be to sell virtual fencing collars and help existing customers succeed in getting the most value from choosing to work with Nofence.
We thrive to create and cultivate good customer relations. This requires that we understand the customers needs and can guide them through how to best utilize our product. We will offer full training in our product and customer support system but previous experience of working with farmers is a great advantage.


The position will involve a combination of sales and customer support including daily follow-up with leads up-selling and support existing customers. You will become an integral part of an inclusive and dedicated team with a strong focus on collaboration. We are looking for a structured and enthusiastic team member who is eager to provide excellent customer service.

The candidate shall have a flexible approach to all aspects of the role. The right candidate is self-motivated energetic and hardworking preferably with a background from agriculture. Title: Sales and Support Specialist
Status: Full-time 40 hours per week
Supervisor: Country manager Spain
Location: Vitoria-Gasteiz

Main Responsibilities
The main responsibilities for this role will be:

  • Close sales through phone and email

  • Responding to inbound sales and support inquiries via phone and email ticketing system and other tools

  • Maintaining close customer contact and securing a high level of customer satisfaction

  • Documenting and updating customer records and support cases in our CRM system.

  • Escalating complex or unresolved issues to our Product and Engineering department

  • Contributing in collecting statistics on the performance of our products.

  • Ensuring knowledge and information sharing between the global and Spain support teams

  • Occasional travel expected to relevant events and occasionally potential and current customers

    About you
    We are looking for someone who has:

  • A degree or equivalent in a field relevant to the position. Practical experience and engagement can compensate for a lack of formal qualifications

  • Experience as a sales/support consultant or similar role in a tech company or in the agricultural industry

  • A background which makes you able to answer questions related to agriculture pasture management or animal husbandry

  • Enjoy working in an autonomous cross-functional team.

  • Keen interest in our product and ability to gain competence in our technology

  • Fluent english oral and writing skills (Portuguese is a plus)

  • Strong communication skills
