Country Sales Manager Healthcare IT
Madrid (preferred) or Barcelona Reporting to Sales Director Europe South
AsCountry Sales Manager you will own end to end sales delivery for Agfa HealthCares Enterprise Imaging and IT portfolio (PACS / RIS / VNA). You act as the main point of contact for customers driving growth across existing accounts while securing new business in the Spanish and Portuguese healthcare market.
Keyresponsibilities
- Develop and execute account and territory strategies to grow revenue and protect the installed base
- Identify and close new opportunities by positioning Agfas full Healthcare IT portfolio
- Manage complex sales cycles including stakeholder alignment bid management and contract negotiation
- Build strong relationships with senior decisionmakers (C-suite clinical and IT leadership)
- Deliver accurate forecasting pipeline management and order intake plans
- Act as a trusted advisor translating customer needs into solution strategies
- Provide market and customer insights to marketingregulatoryand product teams
Yourprofile
- Bachelors degree (Healthcare or related field)
- 5to 10years experience in complex B2B sales preferably Healthcare IT or medical imaging
- Strong consultative selling skills and experience with enterprise decision processes
- Entrepreneurial selfdriven and comfortable working autonomously
- Willingness to travel up to 70%
