Position Type: Full-Time

About the role-

The Life Plan Counselor is responsible for supporting occupancy and move-in goals for a senior living community by engaging prospective residents and their families providing education about available living options and guiding them through the decision-making and move-in process. This role focuses on building relationships managing prospective resident pipelines conducting tours and coordinating outreach activities to support the communitys sales and marketing initiatives.


What you will be doing -

  • Develop and qualify prospective resident leads through inbound inquiries database management and outreach activities.

  • Respond to inquiries from prospective residents and families in a timely and professional manner.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects to guide them through the decision-making process.

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and community tours.

  • Conduct tours of available residences and community amenities.

  • Identify and present housing options that align with the needs and preferences of prospective residents.

  • Guide prospects through the sales cycle from inquiry to deposit contract and move-in.

  • Meet established goals for tours deposits contracts and move-ins.

  • Maintain detailed records of prospect interactions and sales activity in the CRM database.

  • Develop and execute personalized follow-up strategies for key prospects.

  • Track lead progress and ensure consistent engagement with prospective residents and families.

  • Assist with the coordination and execution of on-site and off-site marketing events.

  • Participate in outreach activities and networking events to build awareness and generate new leads.

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop marketing initiatives and lead generation strategies.

    Maintain positive working relationships with residents team members and families.

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Sales Business or a related field preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales marketing or business development experience.

  • Experience within senior living healthcare hospitality or real estate sales preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple prospects and follow-up activities simultaneously.

  • High level of professionalism integrity and confidentiality.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Additional Requirements

  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

  • Ability to work occasional evenings weekends and events as needed.

  • Ability to perform light physical activity such as walking the community and conducting tours
