Job Summary

What Youll Do

  • Own and lead Commercial HVAC & MEP sales growth across service retrofit and project work
  • Identify pursue and close new customers across commercial and industrial markets
  • Drive new business through disciplined prospecting and opportunity development
  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline; maintain forecast accuracy and data integrity
  • Lead discovery conversations with owners facility leaders general contractors and property managers
  • Partner with estimating and operations to develop scopes proposals and pricing strategies
  • Negotiate pricing terms and service agreements with a focus on long-term customer value
  • Establish and execute a strong sales operating rhythm: activity targets pipeline reviews and performance reporting
  • Maintain Salesforce (CRM) as the single source of truth for pipeline forecasts and customer data
  • Represent TraMar Mechanical and Crete United at customer meetings industry events and networking opportunities

What Were Looking For

  • Proven track record driving new revenue in Commercial HVAC and/or MEP services
  • Strong commercial sales leadership mindset with disciplined prospecting pipeline ownership and closing ability
  • Familiarity with MEP service contracts facility maintenance and HVAC upgrades and small project MEP projects.
  • Ability to collaborate closely with operations and estimating to deliver profitable executable work
  • Strong communication skills professionalism and relationship-building capabilities across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Valid drivers license with the ability to travel locally throughout Northern Colorado as needed
  • 3 years of experience selling MEP HVAC or building services with a track record of success
