The Building Automation Sales Executive will attract new clients for CSI throughout Denver Metro area by establishing and retaining the relationship identifying and meeting all their requests and ensuring that they receive outstanding customer service from all our departments. The ideal candidate will have a track record of successful HVAC/Building Automation sales experience be high energy with competitive growth and entrepreneurial mindset ready to deliver outstanding service for our clients. Skills and Experience:
- BA in business administration or similar relevant field experience
- 5 years of sales experience within the Building Automation and Controls Services
- Demonstrable sales results and an established book of business
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent networking and relationship building skills.
- Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines.
- Problem-solving and negotiation aptitude
- Proven ability to contribute in a fast-paced environment consistently and positively.
- Ability to effectively communicate with customer leaders of all levels (C-level down to entry-level support roles)
- Ability to work independently and manage personal time keeping deliverables and deadlines top of mind.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude
- Strong writing phone and presentation skills
- Salesforce experience is strongly preferred.
