Key Responsibilities

Drive new business development: Build pipelines generate leads and close enterprise deals for people-driven services (Managed Services Back-office Outsourcing).

Manage full sales cycle for North American clients from India including offshore/onshore models.

Master CRM (Salesforce) for accurate forecasting reporting and pipeline management.

Lead enterprise negotiations: Commercial discussions contracts SOWs and deal closures.
-
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver US/Canada-focused solutions.
Must-Have Qualifications

8 years in B2B Services/BPO Sales with proven experience selling people-driven services (Managed Services Back-office Outsourcing).

5 years direct experience selling to US/Canada clients; full sales cycle management from India (offshore/onshore). Deep understanding of US legalities business culture and enterprise buying.

3 years Salesforce CRM mastery with strong forecasting and reporting discipline.

Expertise in new business development pipeline building lead generation and deal closure.

Enterprise deal negotiation skills (commercial contracts SOWs).

Masters degree required.

No inside sales candidates; field/enterprise sales experience only.
