Job Summary

As a UX Designer you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here you will make an impact by:

Working within a cross-functional international team focusing on creating and improving digital supply chain and manufacturing analytics tools used to drive corporate supply chain strategy.
Pioneering new and innovative design concepts to create novel and user-centered reporting and data visualization for manufacturing and supply chain stakeholders and/or business leaders.
Defining product experience through experience models personas storyboards site maps flow diagrams wireframes mockups and interactive prototypes.
Synthesize data from many sources to identity key strategic product and service opportunities create UX vision and strategic roadmaps that aligns with the overall business goals and objectives for new 3M innovation within.
Defining and tracking UX metrics to measure the success of the UX strategy.
Supporting the creation of design system foundations components libraries and guidelines for scalability efficiency and consistency.
Collaborating and supporting other design disciplines like UX research Ul Design UX testing etc. to craft human-centered solutions that drive better outcomes.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one we require (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

A Bachelors degree or higher from an accredited university in design human-computer interaction or equivalent degree.
Two (2) years of relevant digital design experience in a private public government or military environment
Proficiency with Figma PowerPoint (for larger shareouts) and collaboration tools such as Miro.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

3 years relevant experience in a private public government or military environment.
Experience designing and delivering for React applications supply chain and manufacturing reporting data visualization and design systems.
Skills including storytelling & presentation UX design and research best practices UI audits visual design best practices and a collaborative mindset.
