- In-depth understanding of Oracle ERP application modules (EBS and Cloud) and expertise in SCM modules
- Demonstrated ERP business process knowledge.
- At least 3 - 4 End-to-End Oracle ERP implementation experience at program leadership or architectural level
- Experience in working on Oracle advisory and support engagements
- Experience in leading complex Oracle transformations that include multi-country or multi-entity rollouts that include standardized global solution design
- Demonstrable experience setting up leading and optimizing test factories.
