The Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead is responsible for planning designing and delivering high-quality change management approaches and strategies. This role involves working with stakeholders to understand change impacts developing communication strategies and ensuring successful adoption of changes. The OCM Lead will utilize methodologies like PROSCI (ADKAR) to identify plan implement and sustain changes within the organization.

Location:Winnipeg Manitoba Canada
Responsibilities:
- Participate in data gathering and process workshops to develop the Target Operating Model.
- Review System Integrator recommendations and obtain buy-in.
- Participate in determining Program team training requirements for implementation efforts.
- Develop and deliver a communication strategy to ensure stakeholder involvement and participation.
- Develop and analyze Financial and Risk measures for all projects and deliver a Project dashboard.
- Participate in developing an end-user training strategy.
- Develop and deliver end-user Train the Trainer training.
- Guide the all-project team in the use of project methodologies Deliverable templates and tools.
- Deliver Change Management approach including stakeholder management and communication.
- Research gather organize and craft strategic messages for a variety of stakeholders.
- Create launch and manage communications plans that meet overall objectives.
- Oversee the execution of change management plans ensuring successful adaption of changes by employees
- Assess the impact of changes on business processes and mitigate potential risks.
