Executive Assistant
About the Role
The Executive Assistant provides high level administrative and strategic support to the companys senior leaders. This role will ensure the efficient operation of the executive office in a fast paced dynamic corporate environment and act as a key liaison between internal teams external stakeholders including the Board of Directors and senior leadership. The position requires exceptional organizational skills sound judgment discretion and the ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence and professionalism.

Executive & Administrative Support
- Providing high level administrative support to ensure smooth day to day operations
- Managing complex calendars and schedules including meetings appointments and travel
- Proactively resolving scheduling conflicts and prioritizing competing requests
- Managing email inboxes and correspondence with professionalism and discretion
Communication & Correspondence
- Serving as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of senior leaders
- Drafting reviewing and editing correspondence presentations and reports
- Screening and directing phone calls emails and inquiries with sound judgment
Meeting & Event Coordination
- Organizing and preparing materials for meetings presentations and events
- Attending meetings taking minutes and tracking action items as needed
- Coordinating logistics for internal and external meetings including Board of Directors meetings as well as offsites and special events
Project & Task Management
- Assisting with project tracking and follow up on deliverables
- Ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are aligned
- Conducting research and compiling data for reports and presentations
Travel & Expense Management
- Coordinating and managing complex domestic and international travel arrangements
- Preparing and processing expense reports accurately and in a timely manner
Confidentiality & Discretion
- Handling highly sensitive and confidential information with the utmost integrity
- Exercising sound judgment in all interactions and communications
Additional Support
- Supporting ad hoc projects and special initiatives as assigned
About You
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting senior executives in a corporate environment
- Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a team
- High level of professionalism discretion and integrity
- Exceptional organizational time management and prioritization skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem solving abilities
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Experience with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom Teams Slack) and collaboration tools
