Position Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Executive Compensation Consultant to support the development governance and administration of executive compensation programs within a publicly traded organization. This role will collaborate closely with senior leadership and HR partners to ensure compensation programs remain competitive compliant and aligned with organizational strategy.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical expertise in-depth knowledge of executive compensation in public companies and the ability to manage highly confidential information while working directly with senior executives and board members.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in the design implementation and oversight of executive compensation programs including equity-based compensation plans.

Partner with HR and business leaders to develop competitive compensation strategies aligned with company objectives.

Prepare detailed analyses and presentation materials for Compensation Committee meetings.

Support shareholder meeting preparation and executive compensation disclosures.

Build and maintain advanced compensation models and analyses using Excel.

Assist in preparing public company filings and disclosures including Proxy statements CD&A Form 10-K and Form 8-K.

Ensure executive compensation practices comply with corporate governance standards and regulatory requirements.

Handle sensitive compensation information with the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.

Provide analytical insights and structured support for complex cross-functional compensation initiatives.
Required Qualifications

10 years of experience in compensation-related roles.

At least 7 years of experience focused on Executive Compensation within a publicly traded company.

Experience partnering with executive leadership and board-level stakeholders.

Strong knowledge of executive compensation governance and equity compensation structures.

Advanced proficiency in Excel for financial modeling and compensation analysis.

Experience supporting shareholder meetings and Compensation Committee processes.

Exceptional attention to detail discretion and professional judgment.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working within a Fortune 100 public company or at a leading compensation consulting firm such as Mercer Willis Towers Watson Aon or Korn Ferry.

Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
