Responsibilities:

Provide technical expertise in supporting TRIRIGA IWMS including application configuration integration and maintenance.
Troubleshoot and resolve system defects (break/fix) and provide solutions for performance tuning.
Ensure that the TRIRIGA environment is stable functional and secure by performing ongoing maintenance and software updates.
Support system enhancements custom development and integration with other IRS systems (e.g. ServiceNow).
Provide guidance and mentorship to other technical team members.

Key Skills/Qualifications:

Strong technical experience with IWMS (especially TRIRIGA) and similar systems.
In-depth knowledge of system configuration integration and application maintenance.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within a cloud environment.
Experience working with federal agencies and compliance requirements.
