Title: Transaction Advisory Manager (FDD)
Employment Type: Full-time Permanent
Location: Boston New York or Atlanta
The Challenge:
A rapidly growing advisory firm is seeking a Manager to join its Transaction Advisory / Financial Due Diligence team. The practice is experiencing significant deal activity and is expanding its team to support private equity and corporate clients on middle-market transactions.
The group operates with a lean team structure providing Managers with strong visibility to senior leadership and meaningful ownership of engagements while working directly with clients throughout the transaction process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial due diligence engagements across buy-side and sell-side transactions
- Perform detailed analyses including Quality of Earnings (QoE) Net Working Capital and debt-like items
- Identify key financial trends risks and value drivers that may impact transaction valuation
- Prepare and present financial due diligence reports and client deliverables
- Manage multiple engagements simultaneously and coordinate with internal and external deal teams
- Interact directly with private equity clients corporate buyers and target company management
- Mentor and review work performed by senior consultants and associates
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accountancy Finance or related field
- 5 8 years of experience in Financial Due Diligence Transaction Advisory or Deals practice
- Background from Big4 or middle-market advisory firms preferred
- Strong experience with QoE analysis working capital assessments and financial modeling
- Ability to manage multiple transactions and deliver insights under tight deal timelines
- CPA or progress toward CPA preferred
