Korean Admissions and Marketing Officer

Location: The British School of Nanjing

The British School of Nanjing a Nord Anglia Education school and the worlds leading private schools organisation is recruiting a Korean Admissions and Marketing Officer to support the continued growth of our school community.

This is a front-facing role combining high-quality admissions management with proactive enquiry generation particularly focused on the Korean community. The successful candidate will play a key role in welcoming families building relationships and driving enrolment growth.

The role

As the Korean Admissions and Marketing Officer you will manage the full admissions journey for Korean familiesfrom first enquiry through to enrolmentwhile also supporting wider admissions activities across the school.

Working closely with the Admissions and Marketing teams you will help build strong relationships within the Korean community generate new enquiries and represent the school at events and outreach activities.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people building communities and contributing to school growth.

The Successful Candidate will possess:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent.
• Experience in admissions customer service sales marketing or related roles.
• Experience using CRM or database systems.
• Experience in education or international schools is an advantage.
• Fluency in Korean and/or English or Chinese (written and spoken).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Ability to balance administrative accuracy with proactive outreach.
• Warm professional and service-oriented.
• Proactive self-motivated and target-driven.
• Culturally aware with understanding of Korean family expectations.
• Genuine interest in education and community engagement.
