Principal responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of business plans.
- Ensure the highest data quality in Workforce Management System
- Support data analysis and dashboard & tool usage.
- Assist in internal communication engagement activities
- Prepare reports and documentation as needed.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration Management or a related field (BSc/MSc).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership consistently taking responsibility for tasks and outcomes while proactively driving initiatives to successful completion.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
