We are now on the hunt for aSales Executiveto join our passionate & achievement focused team in Perth. This role reports to our Regional Sales Manager.


In this role you will play an integral role in the continued growth of our brand portfolio selling some of the most exciting brands in the Australian and International beer and RTD market. This includes brands such as Swan Draught Emu Guinness Hahn Heineken Stone & Wood & Kirin Hyoketsu!


Your Mission:

  • Own your Targets: You will work with our established on & off-premise customers creating innovative strategies that range from account planning to in-store merchandising promotional planning and execution with the goal of getting more of our brands into consumers hand
  • Win with our Customers: You will travel to our customer venues to fully engage and get to know their needs to service and best support them
  • Be a Brand Advocate: You will be an absolute brand and company advocate delivering growth through on-point and determined brand execution
  • Hunt with our Pride: Always be on the hunt for potential growth and development opportunities within current and new customers

Your Edge:

  • Relationship Builder: You will be a customer and consumer obsessed individual; youll be driven to build effective and strong customer partnerships
  • Proven Sales Success: While not essential you may come from a FMCG retail hospitality or even recruitment or pharmaceuticals background whichever this may be you are motivated to partner our customers and have a drive for results for our customers and Lion
  • Driven to Own it: A proactive attitude and fearlessness in pursuing business opportunities. You should be comfortable with actively seeking out prospects and embracing each day with unwavering enthusiasm and accountability

A full clean drivers licence as well as the ability to work in AUS on a permanent basis is a requirement for this role.
