About the role.
The Field Sales Manager NSW is responsible for leading and coordinating the NSW Sales Team to achieve growth and sales goals in line with corporate objectives.
What youll be doing.
- Take ownership of volume trade investment and gross profit KPIs.
- Lead and mentor Sales Representatives.
- Develop and execute strategic joint business plans for key accounts.
- Manage relationships with independent operators end users and route to market distributors.
- Implement sales cycle activities and blitzes.
- Evaluate team performance drive motivation and foster development.
- Monitor CRM compliance and reporting.
What youll need to be successful.
- Proven experience as a sales manager or similar people leader.
- Strong communication coaching and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter with excellent organisational abilities.
- Track record in developing sales strategies based on data and insight.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP.
- Ability to drive process improvements and thrive in a team environment.
About the team.
You will lead a team of five Sales Representatives across NSW reporting to the National Field Sales Manager Foodservice. The team is dynamic collaborative and committed to delivering value to customers and achieving results.
