Our highperforming Liverpool Metro Sales team is growing and were seeking a motivated Sales Associate to join the team. 

Reporting to a senior leader within the business youll play a key role in supporting sales campaigns nurturing client relationships and helping deliver exceptional outcomes across a diverse portfolio. Key Responsibilities

• Actively pursue new appointments nurturing both new and existing client relationships
• Assist in preparing highquality pitches and proposals
• Manage reporting marketing activities and assetlevel promotion
• Build and maintain strong trusted relationships with landlords tenants and internal stakeholders
• Maintain accurate and uptodate database records including listings contacts and transactions

Qualifications :

• Perfect for a motivated property graduate ready to launch their career in commercial real estate or an experienced property manager valuer or commercial leasing professional looking for their next opportunity.
• A clientfirst mindset and strong ability to manage competing priorities
• Welldeveloped negotiation skills and an understanding of current market dynamics
• Excellent presentation verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint
• A proactive commercially minded approach with strong attention to detail
• Current NSW Class 2 Agent Licence
• A collaborative energetic and driven attitude
