Job Summary
Essential Functions & Accountabilities:
- Deliver the annual budgeted sales hit strategic business goals and marketing KPIs in collaboration with other departments.
- Responsible for managing the CooperVision brands (Daily Contact Lens of Sphere/Toric/Multifocal) for the purpose of brand building and demand generation. Involving in brand marketing and customer marketing activities such as advertising in-store visibility store motivation trial activation sell-through program etc.
- Localization of regional initiatives and translate these into executable & measurable local campaigns.
- Formulation of channel & customer strategies with programs that positively impact customers as well as the wearers shopping/purchase experience to grow CV Hong Kongs sales share and preference as a trusted supplier.
- Lead and drive category growth with customers through key strategic pillars of gaining new wearers reducing dropouts and extending wearers lifecycle.
- Set measurable campaign KPIs and evaluate effectiveness.
- Partner with Sales and Professional Affairs to engage Eye Care Professionals.
- Plan and lead new product launches with local regional and global counterparts.
- Involved in forecasting and budgeting of product sales and A&P in relation to marketing/events during the product cycle to ensure maximum effectiveness.
- Analyze market audit data & customer data and establish strong relationship with customers to gain customers insights
- Liaise with different vendors and agencies for marketing and customer campaigns design and roll-out
Travel:
Occasional travel (5% of time) to attend regional meetings and external conference.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Result-oriented ambitious with strong sense of ownership analytical and presentable
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work with all levels of people internally and externally
- Strategic thinking and possess strong business acumen
- Able to live with governance and regulations of medical device industry
- Strong team player as leader or team member
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Experience:
- At least 7 years hands on professional brand management experiences in medical device or healthcare industry
- Solid experience in marketing for budget planning brand management customer partnership and Direct-to-Consumer campaign.
- Experience in engaging Eyecare/Healthcare Professionals is a MUST.
- With 2 years of Digital Marketing experience is preferable
Education:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing / Business Management
