Sales Trainer
The Sales Trainer is responsible for assisting in the overall training and development of entry level and seasoned sales professionals a focus on new hire sales training. This position works with our SDAs BDRs and Account Managers to discover and qualify potential Park Place Technologies opportunities with prospects and customers and develops and facilitates just-intime training for all sellers across the organization.
What youll be doing:
- Participate in prospecting discovery quote review and closing conference calls.
- Provide coaching after a conference calls and as requested by SDAs and BDRs.
- Create and facilitate recurring sales training courses.
- Provide feedback to Director of Sales Training on interactions and observations of SDAs and BDRs.
- Remain up-to-date with current technologies competitive landscape and industry influencers.
- Stay current with sales and non-sales related company training via learning management system.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for SDAs and BDRs to reinforce best practices and technical sales trainings.
- Provide support to the Director of Sales Training as requested
- Other duties as needed.
What were looking for:
- A minimum of 1 year as a Park Place Account Manager or 2 years external learning and development and/or business development experience with a focus on general sales skills and sales processes.
- Previous sales or sales management experience preferably in a Business-to-Business or I.T. environment.
- Evidence of strong written and verbal communications skills.
