- Create schedule and publish engaging and professional content aligned with the firms brand and marketing strategy.
- Support the development of visual and written content for legal updates firm news events and thought leadership.
- Monitor social media platforms for engagement comments and messages and escalate issues where necessary.
- Assist in tracking and reporting social media performance metrics and analytics.

- Bachelors degree in marketing Communications Media Studies Mass Communication or a related field.
- 12 years experience in social media management digital marketing or communications (experience within a professional services environment is an advantage).
- Strong writing editing and content creation skills.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and basic analytics.
- Basic graphic design skills (experience with tools such as Canva or similar platforms is an advantage).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a professional environment.
