About the company

Remote World is partnering with a Nigerian outsourcing firm to hire for this role. They place skilled VAs with entrepreneurs executives and small business owners across the UK US and Australia who need reliable organised remote support.

The role

Youll handle the daily operational load for your assigned client inbox calendar research admin tasks and coordination. Every day is a little different and the best VAs here stay ahead of whats needed without being asked.

What youll do

• Manage and triage email inbox draft responses flag urgent items
• Coordinate calendars schedule meetings book travel send reminders
• Research topics compile summaries and prepare briefing notes
• Handle data entry expense tracking and document organisation
• Liaise with suppliers contractors and third parties on behalf of the client

What youll need

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Strong professional written English
• Proactive you anticipate whats needed before being asked
• Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365

Nice to have

• Experience as a VA EA PA or in an admin support role
• Familiarity with tools like Asana Notion Trello or ClickUp
• Basic bookkeeping or social media scheduling skills
