As aHealth and Benefits Analyst you will be supporting projects for large complex clients! Youll also be managing a portfolio of small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) all while developing your benefits expertise that will allow you to make recommendations on plan design and strategy to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for supporting the management and development of a portfolio of local and international clients and prospects
- Deliver high levels of client service in line with standard operating procedures
- Specialize in the standard health insurance market (for individuals and SME)
- Technical knowledge of life and disability accident and health insurance products
- Check policies technical calculations market presentations and client documentation populate Benefits Engine platform asappropriate
Qualifications
The Requirements
University degree
Knowledge of health and life insurance market
- Experience in broker or insurance company
- Good client relationship skills; ability to develop strong relationships quickly and maximizeresources effectively to achieve goals
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a large team and capacity to work in a fast-pacedenvironment
- Extremely organized with strong time management skills
- Knowledge of English (written and spoken)
- Microsoft office knowledge (excel word power point)
