Job Summary

Job Location: Mississauga ON
Starting Rate of pay: $21.39/hour
Shifts Available and Hours:
New employees will be assigned shifts based on the production shifts outlined below:
- Day shift: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
- Evening shift: 3:00 PM 11:00 PM
- Overnight shift: 11:00 PM 7:00 AM
What you will be doing
- Pack aluminum profile and prepare them for shipment
- Operate industrial extrusion or packaging machines (training provided)
- Check order details to ensure the correct number of pieces with the required dimensions are delivered
- Always comply with health safety and environmental regulations
- Inspect materials to ensure quality control
- Perform other related duties as assigned
What will make you successful
Required Education/Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role or function
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
- Flexibility to work on any of the 3 production shifts outlined above
- Comfortable using hand tools and measuring instruments (tape measure caliper square saw etc.)
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs
- Ability to work in a hot environment (3035C in summer)
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written)
