Job Summary
Site Facility Coordinator Renewable Energy (Wind)
We are recruiting for our renewable energy client seeking a Site Facility Coordinator to support the operational management of wind energy assets.
The role is site-based and focuses on supervising daily operations coordinating contractors monitoring asset performance and ensuring compliance with project documents and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities (not limited to)
Supervise daily operations and maintenance activities at wind energy facilities.
Coordinate and monitor work performed by EPC and O&M contractors on site.
Track plant performance including availability production and operational efficiency.
Review operational and maintenance reports and escalate performance issues.
Monitor scheduled and corrective maintenance activities across the facility.
Maintain operational records including outages curtailments and performance events.
Coordinate communication between site teams contractors and head office.
Support commissioning handover and operational compliance processes.
Requirements
Degree or Diploma in Engineering or a relevant technical field.
Minimum 3 years experience in renewable energy operations preferably wind.
Experience supervising O&M contractor activities at renewable energy facilities.
Knowledge of PPA EPC and O&M project documentation.
Experience with commissioning or project handover phases advantageous.
Strong coordination reporting and stakeholder management skills.
