Job Summary
A well established travel agency is looking for a Product Support Coordinator based in Cape Town.
We are looking for a detail-driven Product Support Coordinator to support the Product Manager and ensure accurate systems smooth internal processes and well-maintained product information. This role is ideal for someone with a solid background in the travel and tourism industry who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment.
Requirements
Relevant diploma in Tourism Hospitality Business or similar (advantageous)
Minimum 3 years experience in the travel/tourism industry (essential)
Strong knowledge of Southern and East Africa particularly 4 and 5 products
Proficient in MS Outlook Word and Excel
Experience with Tourplan WETU or similar systems (advantageous)
