Overview
Contributes to the overall success of Scotiabanks USA lateral recruitment efforts. Will join the organization to support the hiring of Analyst & Associate personnel across Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) and Global Capital Markets (GCM). Scotiabank is offering the unique opportunity to manage the full lateral recruitment life cycle of junior hires for every revenue-generating business unit across the US franchise.
Reporting directly to the US Front Office TA Manager the TA Consultant will provide updates and support as needed. The Talent Acquisition Consultant will be relied upon as an advisor to his/her business counterparts. Delivering white-glove service to clients by giving regular market updates and consistently delivering quality hires within specified timelines.
