Intern, Talent Acquisition

The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the Recruitment & Selection team in identifying and assessing candidates contributing to the development of a diverse external talent pipeline across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings resume screening candidate communication interview scheduling and onboarding activities.
• Assist in managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining an organized and up-to-date candidate pipeline.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and support the delivery of high-quality talent.
• Contribute to a positive candidate experience by ensuring clear timely and consistent communication throughout the hiring process.
• Update and maintain Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to ensure accurate tracking of candidates and hiring activities.
• Support the preparation and maintenance of Talent Acquisition reports for North America & LATAM and global teams.

What You Need to Succeed

• Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Psychology Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to interact with internal stakeholders and candidates.
• Proactive mindset eagerness to learn and adaptability in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word).
• Advanced English proficiency.

• Interview with a Talent Acquisition Partner 
• Final Interview with Hiring Manager and Team.
