About the role

As a Customer Account Manager you will be the primary point of contact for our customers providing them with a proactive and supportive income service. You will use data toidentifycustomers at risk of debt and offer preventative support as well as provide advice guidance andassistanceto customers in debt. By working collaboratively with internal and external partnersyou will strive to support our customers in sustaining their tenancies and reducing arrears.

You willbe responsible foreffectively managing a case load of rent accounts ensuring that income is maximised and customers are supported inmaintainingtheir tenancies.

Skills and Experience Needed

The ideal candidate will have experience delivering an effective income management service supported by a strongtrack recordof working collaboratively within a team to provide flexible personcentred support. They willdemonstratethe ability to build andmaintainproductive relationships with external agencies and organisations alongside excellent knowledge of welfare benefits and local support services available to customers. A commitment to putting customers first is essential along withclear evidenceof delivering services that reflect this approach.

A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are alsorequiredfor this role.

Pay and Pensions

  • 36627 perannum

  • Pension Choices:
