We are a high-tech software company headquartered in Austin TX with over 4500 worldwide employees.Check us out here:and responsible for Accounts Payable job from checking suppliers invoices until process payment to suppliers also inclusive of attending to suppliers inquiries and assist in external audit.
As ourACCOUNT OFFICER youll support HIDs successby:
- Handle Accounts Payable activities
- Create and update suppliers registration
- Check supplier invoices and handle booking of invoices
- Prepare and process supplier payments
- Prepare journal entry for month end closing and correction if needed
- Review and clear unvouched AP accruals / GRIR timely
- Prepare AP Statement of Account Reconciliation monthly to ensure timely accrual of liability
- Prepare monthly freight analysis for managers review
- Manage the filing system for Accounts Payable documentation
- Assist in external audit and tax filing
- Other ad hoc tasks may be assigned from time to time
YourExperienceand Background include:
To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required.
- Diploma or Certificate in accounting
- Minimum 3 years of AP working experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in Oracle or ERP system
- Proficiency in MS Office applications sound in Excel
- Ability to communicate effectively in English language verbally and in writing
- Meticulous and problem solving skill
- Work independently and ability to achieve target within given timeline
- Immediate available is preferable
Work Environment:
- Employee works primarily in an office environment within a well-ventilated area and is exposed to moderate noise levels.
Work Requirements:
- Compliance with all relevant HID Global policies and procedures related to Quality Security Safety Business Continuity and Environmental systems.
- Travel and fieldwork including international travel may be required. Therefore employee must possess or be able to acquire a valid passport.
- Must be legally eligible to work in the country in which you are hired.
