Job Summary
- To Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings and indirect methods such as networking
- To responsible fully in prospect tendering process and follow any group guideline in accordance in customer contract signing
- Oversee implementation of prospects and new wins customer portfolio to ensure customer satisfaction is established.
- To Qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and sales
- To Consistently achieve targets agreed with the Management
- To Establish good professional relationship with the customer and drive the entire sales cycle from initial customer engagement to closed sales.
- Draft and deliver proposals according to Lyreco standard in a timely manner
- To Report on sales activity accurately in timely manner
- To Provide feedback to company management on market trends competitive threats unmet needs and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offering
- Any other reasonable adhoc tasks assigned to you time to time by your management team
Qualification
- Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field of study
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Strong analytical skills Corporate Sales tendering process skills
- Malaysia valid driving license
- Good verbal and written English
- Good negotiation and persuation skills.
- Minimum 5 years working experience and with 2years in B2B industry or service sales industry handling corporate customer
