What do we expect from a Barista for an IT company

No previous experience is required we will provide full Barista training
A communicative and open personality is important. You enjoy interacting with people daily
Positive attitude and willingness to create a welcoming office atmosphere
Organized and detail-oriented. You keep things clean stocked and running smoothly
Fluency in the English and Latvian languages
Ability to work within the working hours from 8:00-17:00 (workdays only).

What are the responsibilities of a Barista for an IT company

As an in-house Barista you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and energizing office environment while ensuring smooth daily kitchen operations.

Prepare high-quality coffee and drinks for colleagues and guests
Contribute to a positive office culture and atmosphere.
Maintain the coffee machine and ensure it is always ready for use
Keep the kitchen clean organized and fully stocked
Monitor and restock supplies and handle ordering of kitchen items
Ensure clean dishes are always available and manage dishwasher routines
Maintain a tidy and pleasant workspace at all times
Support the Office Manager with internal initiatives
