Are you our new IT Coordinator
The purpose of this role is to support and enhance local IT systems by balancing development and maintenance activities. It ensures efficient client onboarding automation and reporting through SQL/PL/SQL solutions while maintaining system reliability and resolving issues. The role also supports the HUB entity on all IT-related matters collaborating with development team members when more complex solutions are required and acts as a key link between technical teams and clients to support business needs.
What will you do:
- Support automations to process client files usually done in IRIS service requires C# and SQL or PL/SQL knowledge
- Develop and maintain client reports ranging from simple SQL queries to and Crystal Reports solutions
- Deliver ad-hoc reporting solutions to support business and finance needs using PL/SQL
- Troubleshoot and resolve Colldesk system issues including access and configuration problems
- Manage and resolve tickets (incidents and service requests)
- Configure and support eLink for Hub clients including monitoring error handling and UAT assistance
- Build and enhance local automations to improve operational efficiency
- Design and implement automations to process client files primarily within IRIS using C# SQL and PL/SQL
- Document technical requirements for API development in collaboration with the Core team
- Act as the Ireland IT representative communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders
What were looking for:
- Experience in Level 1 support with a strong willingness and potential to develop towards Level 2 responsibilities.
- Basic knowledge of PL/SQL (Oracle).
- Working knowledge of sufficient for minor enhancements and adaptations
- Proficiency in English (mandatory)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
