IF YOU HAVE
Fluent Latvian and English language
Strong customer service focus with can-do attitude
Proven experience from similar (customer service) position with B2B customer relations
Background from financial sector insurance or automotive industries advantage
Excellent communication problem solving and time management skills
Independent self-motivated and results-driven approach
Efficient user experience with MS Excel MS PowerPoint MS Word MS Teams CRM
WE TRUST YOU WILL BE ABLE TO
Provide excellent daily customer service
Support internal key stakeholders such as Sales Technical and Accounting team
Handle general customer requests administration prepare related documentation
Ensure timely and accurate data base updates
Handle critical issues and report such further to respective experts
Prepare regular and ad hoc reports and offers
Manage and follow up customer contracts and orders
