Job Summary

Senior Manager of Sales & Growth - AI & Cloud - Microsoft Practice (West Region) 

The Role 

As Senior Manager of Sales & Growth you will drive CloudMoyos expansion of Microsoft Fabric and Azure solutions across Cloud Data & AI services. Youll own the full sales cyclefrom prospecting through closecultivating relationships with enterprise decision-makers and building go-to-market strategies alongside Microsoft field teams and ecosystem partners. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Drive revenue growth across the Microsoft Fabric Azure Cloud Data & Analytics portfolio for the West Region. 
  • Build and execute go-to-market strategies in partnership with Microsoft field. 
  • Develop and manage sales pipeline pursuing new business opportunities across US enterprise accounts. 
  • Champion CloudMoyos AI solutionsincluding Agentic AI for Fabric Migration Document Intelligence and Azure AI Foundry and Copilot Studio implementations. 
  • Achieve or exceed quota targets across revenue client relationships and new customer acquisition. 
  • Navigate complex client organizations building trusted relationships at C-level and mid-management. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with pre-sales marketing and delivery teams across time zones. 
  • Develop account and opportunity plans; communicate CloudMoyos value proposition and differentiated services. 

Qualifications :

  • 7 years of enterprise sales experience in IT services or consulting specializing in Microsoft Azure Data AI Cloud or Modernization. 
  • Bachelors degree required. 
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a high-growth or start-up environment. 
  • Deep knowledge of Microsofts ecosystem; experience with Microsoft district or industry teams preferred. 
  • Strong solution-selling and value-based selling skills in the enterprise applications space. 
  • Ability to build and manage C-level relationships and navigate complex client organizations. 
  • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills. 
  • Understanding of CLM/ERP/Procurement solutions is a plus. 
  • Willingness to travel approximately 40%. 

Additional Information :

Pay Scale:

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At CloudMoyo it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:

Annual Compensation:

Base - $120 - $140K

Variable $40 $60K (uncapped based on revenue target achievement)

OTE $160 - $200K
