Associate Production Manager West Area

Essential Job Functions 

• Manage AVL systems  
• Program AVL systems and content for all production environments 
• Produce the weekend experience coordinating with the Campus Pastor Worship Leader and Music Director 
• Manage volunteer recruitment training and scheduling for the weekend experience at the direction of the Area Production Manager 
• Assist in campus events projects and set changes in the Area 
• Maintenance equipment on scheduled intervals 
• Work with the Campus Pastors and staff on special events

Experience & Working Conditions 

• Minimum 2 years of leadership experience 
• Experience working in ministry is preferred but not required 
• Experience working in a live production environment 
• Basic working knowledge in key AVL production systems including but not limited to Avid Yamaha GrandMA ProPresenter Resolume video switchers 
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends 
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs 
• Standing for long periods of time
