Job Summary

What will you do

1. Strategic Leadership & Organizational Development

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the companys mission vision and growth objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership providing guidance on people-related decisions and organizational design.
  • Partner with Team heads to identify workforce challenges and create solutions that drive business success.

Planning

  • Forecast workforce needs ensuring the right talent is in place to support business goals.
  • Enhance employer branding initiatives to position the company as a top employer in the Technology Solutions Provider sector.

3. Performance Management & Leadership Development

  • Design and oversee performance evaluation frameworks that drive accountability feedback and continuous improvement.
  • Develop leadership training programs to strengthen managerial capabilities across the company.
  • Support succession planning by identifying high-potential employees and creating growth pathways.

4. Employee Engagement & Culture Development

  • Lead engagement initiatives that foster a collaborative inclusive and high-performance work environment.
  • Regularly assess employee sentiment through surveys and feedback mechanisms implementing action plans to address concerns.
  • Champion diversity equity and inclusion (DEI) efforts to create an inclusive workplace where all employees thrive.

5. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure company policies and procedures comply with labor laws and industry best practices.
  • Oversee employee relations mediating workplace conflicts and ensuring fair resolutions.
  • Implement and optimize HR technology solutions for seamless people operations and data-driven decision-making.

6. Compensation Benefits & Well-being

  • Work with leadership to design competitive compensation and benefits structures that attract and retain top talent.
  • Implement wellness programs that promote employee well-being and work-life balance.
  • Benchmark salary trends to ensure pay equity and market competitiveness.

7. Change Management & Scaling Growth

  • Lead HR initiatives that support business scaling including mergers restructures and cultural transformations.
  • Drive change management strategies to help employees adapt to organizational shifts.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and offboarding processes to enhance employee experience at all stages.

Qualifications :

What you bring

  • 10 years of HR leadership experience preferably in a technology or software development environment.
  • Strong expertise in talent management strategy performance management and leadership development.
  • Proven ability to influence and drive changes at the executive level.
  • Experience implementing HR technology solutions and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
