Hours: Flexible some WAT and evening overlap useful for community events
Salary: $1200$2000 USD/month
Contract: Full-time permanent

About the company

Remote World is partnering with a US-based Web3 and fintech platform to hire for this role. Their community of developers traders and early adopters is one of their biggest growth levers and they need someone to make it thrive.

The role

Youll own the community day-to-day welcoming new members keeping conversations lively running events surfacing feedback to product and marketing and making sure every member feels like they belong. Community health is your metric.

What youll do

• Welcome new members and guide them to the right channels and resources
• Moderate discussions across Discord Telegram and X keep it positive and on-topic
• Plan and run monthly community events (AMAs Twitter Spaces workshops)
• Surface product feedback and bug reports to the right internal teams
• Track engagement metrics and report monthly on community health

What youll need

• Warm natural communicator youre genuinely interested in people
• Experience managing or actively participating in online communities
• Organised enough to run events and track metrics
• Comfortable with Discord and Telegram at minimum

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Web3 crypto or DeFi concepts
• Experience with community platforms like Circle or Discourse
• Copywriting or content creation skills for community posts
