**Senior Manager-Electrical - Responsibilities**

• Lead and manage a team of electrical engineers and technicians providing mentorship and professional development
• Oversee the planning design and execution of electrical projects from conception through completion
• Develop and manage departmental budgets ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and financial accountability
• Ensure compliance with all electrical codes safety regulations and industry standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables
• Monitor project progress identify risks and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and quality standards
• Conduct technical reviews and provide expert guidance on complex electrical systems and solutions
• Manage vendor relationships and evaluate contractor performance for electrical services and equipment
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
• Prepare and present technical reports and recommendations to senior management
• Maintain current knowledge of industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in electrical engineering

Qualifications :

**Senior Manager-Electrical - Qualifications**

**Required Qualifications:**

• Bachelors degree ( or B.S.) in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in electrical engineering with at least 5 years in a management or supervisory role
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification in electrical engineering
• Demonstrated experience managing electrical projects from design through implementation
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes safety regulations and industry standards (NEC NFPA IEEE)
• Proven experience managing departmental budgets and financial planning
• Experience leading and developing technical teams

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Masters degree in Electrical Engineering Business Administration or related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent project management certification
• Experience with electrical design software and project management tools
• Familiarity with emerging technologies and renewable energy systems
• Strong presentation and technical writing skills
• Experience in vendor management and contractor evaluation
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (Lean Six Sigma)
