We are looking for a People & Culture Business Partner Corporate & Talent Management to join our ENA team on a 7 months maternity cover assignment. This position can be based in London (UK) Paris (France) Munich (Germany) or Warsaw (Poland).
In this role you will act as a strategic People & Culture partner for our corporate teams while contributing to key Talent Management initiatives across the region. You will support leaders and employees throughout the employee lifecycle and help drive engagement talent development and organizational effectiveness in alignment with Accors people strategy.

What will you do
Act as a trusted P&C Business Partner for a function advising leaders on people-related topics.
Support the employee lifecycle including onboarding development mobility and offboarding processes.
Partner with managers to drive talent management initiatives such as performance reviews succession planning and talent development.
Contribute to the implementation of regional and global P&C programs and initiatives.
Support organizational design workforce planning and change management initiatives when required.
Collaborate closely with Centers of Expertise (Talent Acquisition Learning Compensation & Benefits Digital).
Provide guidance on HR policies procedures and best practices.
Contribute to engagement initiatives and culture-building activities that reinforce Accors Heartist culture.
Support HR data analysis and reporting to inform people decisions.
Participate in cross-functional HR projects across ENA.
Lead and facilitate regional High Potential development program.
Qualifications :
Our ideal profile would be:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
58 years of HR experience ideally as an HR Business Partner or HR generalist.
Experience in corporate or international environments is a strong plus.
Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
Experience working with talent management frameworks (performance management succession planning talent reviews).
Change Management
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced matrixed organization.
Strong organizational skills autonomy and attention to detail.
Digital affinity and comfort working with HR systems and tools.
Languages: English mandatory (French or other languages are a plus).
