We are seeking a motivated detail-oriented and communicative Business Analyst who is eager to learn adapt and contribute positively to the team and organizational culture.
Your day-to-day mission:
- Ensure proper translation and validation of functional and non-functional business requirements and processes into structured documentation.
- Support the project development process including design testing and deployment phases.
- Act as key interface between business stakeholders and IT teams while upholding the project business scope with support from more senior analysts.
What you need to have to succeed in this role:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic critical thinking along with analytical and problem-solving skills to collect and apply relevant information.
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and willingness to learn.
- Strong command of English both written and spoken.
What makes you stand out:
- Some knowledge of tools like MS Project Azure DevOps Jira and ServiceNow.
- Basic experience as a Business Analyst including planning elicitation requirements lifecycle.
