Job Summary

Join Axpo Polska as a (Senior) Front Business Support Specialist and play a key role in supporting trading operations improving processes and driving automation. Be part of a dynamic team shaping the future of energy in Poland.

What you will do:

Provide operational support for trading origination and portfolio management activities.
Coordinate tasks across teams including Key Accounts Risk Accounting and Trading Infrastructure Management.
Ensure smooth execution of trades accurate settlements and reliable data flow in the Polish energy market.
Analyze current processes validate and test new solutions and oversee their implementation.
Drive process improvements and resolve complex operational and data-related challenges.
Develop and enhance automation for workflows data handling and operational processing.

What you bring & who you are:

University degree (Masters preferred) in Economics IT or a related field.
Strong understanding of process workflows involving data and document processing.
Knowledge of data analytics tools and methodologies.
Good programming skills in Python & GCP
Intellectual curiosity with the ability to analyze complex topics in depth.
Experience in process efficiency optimization and data processing automation (an advantage).
Knowledge of the Polish energy and gas industry (a plus).
Strong team player with excellent communication and customer orientation skills.
Fluent in English and Polish (spoken and written).
