Digital Marketing Specialist (Paid Media Creative)

Overview
We are a fast-growing U.S.-based home services platform managing multiple brands across landscaping outdoor living and home improvement. As we continue to grow and acquire new companies we are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can support and scale our paid media efforts while contributing to overall brand growth.
This is not a set it and forget it role. We need someone who understands performance marketing can think creatively and is willing to grow with the business as we expand
What Youll Be Responsible For
Paid Media Management: Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads across 5 home service brands
Creative Execution: Design and adjust ad creatives (graphics light copy) to support testing and performance improvements
Campaign Strategy Support: Assist in launching new campaigns seasonal promotions and market expansions
Tracking & Attribution: Ensure campaigns are properly tracked (UTMs conversions HubSpot integration) and flag gaps
Reporting & Insights: Provide clear actionable reporting on whats working whats not and where to scale
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with:
SEO & Web Developer U.S.-based Social Media Coordinator Marketing leadership
Growth & Expansion Support: Support marketing efforts as we acquire and integrate new companies (M&A growth)
What Theyre Looking For
2 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads
Strong understanding of lead generation for service-based businesses
Ability to analyze data and make decisions independently
Comfortable working across multiple brands at once
Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar)
Strong attention to detail and ability to catch errors early
Willingness to learn adapt and grow with a fast-moving company
Bonus Points If You Have:
Experience in home services local businesses or seasonal industries
Experience with HubSpot or CRM-based lead tracking
Knowledge of UTMs conversion tracking and attribution
Experience supporting multi-location or multi-brand businesses

Campaigns are optimized consistently without leadership needing to step in
Clear visibility into performance and ROI across all brands
Strong collaboration with the team to drive lead generation
Ability to scale campaigns as the business grows and acquires new companies
