We are representing our client a MNC company specializing in water treatment systems based in Damansara Utama Petaling Jaya. As they are expanding they are looking for Human Resources Executive to join their team.
Job Description:
- Manage the day-to-day operational activities of the HR Department including recruitment support
- Ensure consistent implementation and review of policies and procedures relating to HR matters.
- Ensure all HR function activities comply with legal requirements and relevant employment laws.
- Assist in payroll administration and ensure the HRMS is maintained promptly and accurately.
- Manage staff recreation activities and employee engagement activities.
- Conduct exit interview.
- Assist in any ad-hoc HR projects.
- Perform any other related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
Job requirement
- Minimum Diploma or degree in related field
- At least 2 years relevant working experience in HRM
- Good working knowledge of HR processes practices and employment laws. Good excel knowledge.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8:30am - 5:30pm)
- 13-month Salary provided
- Salary up to RM 6000
- Yearly performance bonus and increment
- Insurance and Medical Outpatient covered
