We are representing our client an established company in the transportation and logistics industry in their search for a suitable candidate to join their team
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone email and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with overseas agents on shipment consolidation (Air & Ocean).
- Work closely with the Operations team to ensure timely delivery of shipments.
- Follow up and resolve customer queries effectively.
- Identify customer needs evaluate issues and provide appropriate solutions.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in any fields
- Minimum 3 years of customer service experience.
- Proficient in reading writing and speaking Mandarin (required for communication with China-based clients).
- Competent in MS Office applications (Outlook Excel Word).
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication presentation skills and team-oriented mindset.
Job details:
- Permanent employment
- Working hours: Mon-Fri (9.00am-6.00pm)
- Alternate on Sat (9.00am-6.00pm)
