Job Summary

Company Background

We are representing our client an established company in the transportation and logistics industry in their search for a suitable candidate to join their team

Job Responsibilities:

Manage import and export customs clearance documentation in compliance with regulations.
Verify HS codes and applicable duties/taxes.
Prepare shipping documents such as Bill of Lading Invoice Packing List and Certificate of Origin.
Ensure accuracy of documentation prior to submission.
Liaise with Customs forwarding agents shipping lines and internal departments.
Monitor shipment progress and clearance timelines.
Ensure timely cargo release and handle any delays or clearance issues.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in any fields
13 years of experience in freight forwarding or customs clearance.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Mandarin proficiency required for coordination with China-based partners.
Strong attention to detail in handling documentation.

Job details:

Permanent employment
Working hours: Mon-Fri (9.00am-6.00pm)
Alternate on Sat (9.00am-6.00pm)
