Company Background
We are representing our client an established company in the transportation and logistics industry in their search for a suitable candidate to join their team
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the overall recruitment process and assist in group manpower planning.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings resume screening interview scheduling and reference checks.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective job descriptions.
- Develop implement and manage learning and organizational development strategies including training programs and records aligned with business objectives.
- Formulate review and administer HR policies and procedures in line with company goals.
- Handle employee relations matter such as conflicts grievances and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner.
- Liaise with relevant government authorities to ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Lead the annual performance review process and support merit increase programs
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management Law or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR disciplines including compensation employee relations performance management and employment laws is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an added advantage.
Job details:
- Permanent employment
- Working hours: Mon-Fri (9.00am-6.00pm)
