Working Location: Hong Kong
KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead end-to-end development of fragrance retail and eCommerce products. Partner with internal and external stakeholders on sourcing product and packaging design sample development production control price negotiation and delivery schedule coordination.
- Handle fragrance retail product inquiries from Asia Pacific sales teams.
Support the achievement of sales targets for fragrance retail products. - Manage demand forecasting and inventory control for fragrance retail products.
- Liaise with U.S. Headquarters on fragrance compliance certifications and new fragrance code issuances; track submission and approval status follow up on outstanding documentation and provide timely updates to internal stakeholders.
- Prepare sales reports on fragrance retail product revenue and profitability.
- Maintain the Asia Pacific Fragrance Product Guidebook and ensure content is up to date.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Higher Diploma or above in Merchandising Procurement or Business Administration.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in merchandising sourcing/procurement or product development
- Experience in fragrance/beauty lifestyle/home decoration hotel amenities or gifts & premiums is preferred
- Proven customer-facing experience with the ability to communicate effectively with buyers and internal stakeholders
- Collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
- Self-motivated and adaptable with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong planning time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with basic design tools (e.g. Adobe/Photoshop) is a plus
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) is an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
