Job Summary
Requirements:
- 58 years of experience in digital media production content production or broadcast media.
- Strong understanding of digital video production and social media content formats.
- Experience managing video production teams editors and digital content creators.
- Knowledge of YouTube Instagram TikTok and Facebook content strategies.
- Familiarity with video editing workflows and production tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro Final Cut Pro or similar platforms.
- Strong project management and team leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple digital content projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the digital content production strategy for all online platforms.
- Oversee the planning shooting editing and publishing of digital content including reels shorts interviews digital programs and promotional videos.
- Coordinate closely with Creative Head anchors video editors and social media team to ensure smooth execution of digital content.
- Develop efficient digital production workflows and content pipelines.
- Supervise video editors and ensure high-quality post-production standards.
- Ensure content is optimized for platform-specific formats including YouTube Instagram Reels TikTok and Facebook videos.
- Monitor content performance metrics and adjust production strategy accordingly.
- Maintain production timelines and delivery schedules for digital content.
- Work with the social media team to align content production with audience trends and platform algorithms.
- Ensure consistency in visual style storytelling and brand identity across all digital content.
