Read Solar Group is looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager (Lead) who can take ownership of marketing strategies lead a team and drive brand growth. If you are passionate about digital marketing team leadership and performance-driven campaigns this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and lead generation
- Manage and lead the marketing team ensuring targets and KPIs are achieved
- Plan and optimize digital marketing campaigns (Facebook Google Ads SEO Email Marketing)
- Analyze campaign performance and generate reports with actionable insights
- Coordinate with sales team to align marketing efforts with business goals
- Oversee content creation branding and social media presence
- Identify new market trends and growth opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or relevant field
- 35 years of experience in Marketing / Digital Marketing (Leadership role preferred)
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Google Ads SEO & Analytics tools
- Excellent leadership communication and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
